loud street limited housekeeping
The parking directly at the hotel was acceptable it was convenient.
The noise level was quite high I could clearly hear the sounds from the street even with closed windows. The room itself was smaller than depicted in the online photos a detail . There was also limited housekeeping the room was only cleaned twice throughout the week.

helpful staff wide array free parking
I found the staff very helpful. The breakfast offered a wide array of choices (I particularly enjoyed the fresh pastries!). The hotel also provides free parking which was really convenient for exploring the area.
The gym is a bit small.

Fantastic Stay with Great Amenities!
convenient location friendly staff welcome wine
The hotel's location was convenient. The bus stop for airport transfers is just steps away (very helpful for arrival and departure). It is also close to restaurants, shops, and the harbor. The staff members were friendly. Arthur was always ready to assist with a smile. I appreciated the complimentary bottles of red and white wine upon arrival.
The balcony overlooked a busy street. It was difficult to relax there. I think that better soundproofing would improve the experience for all guests.

The hotel is located within walking distance of local restaurants and attractions. I found the proximity to the harbor and shopping areas convenient (everything I needed was nearby!). The area felt safe and accessible.

good amenities and minor issues
well equipped kitchen comfortable bed clean building early drilling staff response
the room had a well equipped kitchen i found it useful. the bed was big and comfortable it was a plus. the building was very clean i liked this a lot.
drilling and shouting started early around 7am i was not happy. i complained to the staff that they should have warned me beforehand they said it was out of their hands.
